Mix the eggshells and fertilizer together after that expose them to the sun to reduce humidity
Air Drying
Use chicken manure/sludge sprayed with deodorizing microorganisms and decomposing microorganisms. Return the pile and spray it with bio-fermented water every 20-30 days
Fermentation
Take the compost which has been dried in the sun. Transport it through the sieve to separate the waste material that is not advantageous.
Separated the materials
Spray the bio-fermented water over the fertilizer. Conveying the fertilizer into the pellet machine
Pelletizing
Remove fertilizer pellets from the pellet machine. It is transported into the refrigerated air dryer. After that conveyed to the silo to dry the fertilizer pellets
